OUR LOCAL INVOLVEMENT

The Eram Group’s headquarters are historically located in Saint-Pierre-Montlimart, in the Maine et Loire region (49). Seven warehouses and two shoe manufacturing plants are also located in this region.

In 2018, the Group created the Sixième Ciel, a collaborative workspace located in the centre of creative district on the île de Nantes, to provide employees with a new venue to share experiences.

The Group is also based in Paris and the Paris region and has offices in Asia and India for its international teams.

THE VALUES THAT UNITE US

We are deeply rooted in our founding vales, the same values which have characterised our Group since its beginnings.

We are driven by a desire to embody them and do ensure that new arrivals, as well as the most long-standing employees, embrace them and integrate them into their behaviours and actions.

SIMPLICITY

is the strength of our exchanges. It is found in our relationships where we always favour the simplest and most pragmatic approach. We favour sincere and transparent communication in both our successes and in more difficult situations.

RESPONSIBILITY

integrates ecological, social and economic issues. It commits us to a relationship of trust with all our stakeholders. Respect, a sense of responsibility and high standards are the hallmarks of our daily work.

OPEN MINDEDNESS

is fundamental to innovation and entrepreneurship. A diverse ecosystem, internal synergies and creativity accelerate our actions towards responsible fashion.

OUR STORY

Learn about the Group’s history spanning nearly a century

Gérard Biotteau

Chairman of the Eram Group from 1971 to 1998

“It should be borne in mind that a company has never “arrived” and cannot take its success for granted. This success must constantly be questioned and challenged. Stimulated by this risk, its managers and staff have to find the necessary experience, enthusiasm and energy to ensure its future by continuing to meet the needs of the market profitably.” – Gérard Biotteau
