Our concrete actions
SIGNING OF A DISABILITY AGREEMENT
At the end of 2023, we signed the first Group Disability Agreement, approved for the period 2024-2026. This agreement outlines the framework for our actions and aims to make our companies more inclusive by structuring our approach to equal opportunities and accessibility.
Our goal for 2026 is to achieve a 4% employment rate for people with disabilities.
The four main orientations of the agreement are:
- Inform and raise awareness
- Recruit and integrate
- Retain in employment
- Develop inclusive procurement
STAYING IN EMPLOYMENTI
We are committed to keeping employees affected by disability in the workforce. Our commitment leads us to design the most suitable measures to improve and facilitate their daily lives (providing adapted equipment, skills assessments, funding for training, etc.).
“I suffered a serious horse riding accident: with just a few millimeters to spare, I could have ended up in a wheelchair. I have since suffered from chronic cervical pain. It’s an invisible disability that makes everyday work really challenging, especially since I often have to carry packages. During my sick leave, I had started preparing an application for disability recognition but gave up because it’s a really heavy and complex process to handle. I spoke to my Regional Director, who directed me to the Mission Handicap et Inclusion of the Group. They were a great support, helping me find solutions to adapt my role and also giving me time for medical treatments. It’s a real relief for me.” – shares an employee of the Group.
SIGNING OF THE DIVERSITY CHARTER
Xavier Biotteau signed the Diversity Charter at the end of 2023. This proactive approach goes beyond the legal and regulatory framework for combating discrimination. It includes concrete commitments to promote diversity, aligned with our core values.
The Diversity Charter is fully integrated into our existing frameworks, which include:
- The ethical charter
- The ethics committee
RECRUIT WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION
Over 110 members of our HR teams and managers have been trained in inclusive recruitment and fair integration. This training aims to master the principles of inclusive recruitment, identify and manage the impact of biases and stereotypes on recruitment practices, and adapt one’s approach and practices regarding inclusion.
This training:
- Raises awareness and equips our employees on the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Allows us to question our practices and evolve our frameworks
